Patents
The available database contains bibliographic data of all the published applications and granted patents. Abstracts are available of the applications and patents published after January 1, 2000. Searches can be carried out on abstracts of all the published applications and rights, but at present only the presentation of abstracts published after January 1, 2000 is possible. A2 document is available of applications published after January 1, 2000. B2 document is available of all patents, with the exception of nostrifications (patents entered into the SIPO register and granted by the Yugoslav FPO up to October 8, 1991). Specifications of published applications consist of the first page containing bibliographic data, and the description.

Trademarks - National registrations
The database contains bibliographic data and reproductions of signs of all the published applications and registered trademarks.

Trademarks - International registrations
The database contains bibliographic data and reproductions of trademarks, as designated for the Republic of Croatia, and entered into the international register. The data contained in the international register kept by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) can also be searched in their entirety on http://www.wipo.int/romarin/

Industrial Designs
The data contains bibliographic data and reproductions of designs of all the published industrial designs (including industrial designs applications applied for the period from 1.1.2000. to 31.12.2003).

Industrial Designs - International registrations
The database contains bibliographic data as designated for the Republic of Croatia, and entered into the international register. The reproductions of these industrial designs is provided by click on Hague Express in search results. The data contained in the international register kept by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) can also be searched in their entirety on http://www.wipo.int/hague/en/design_search.

NOTE: In the case of conflict between the data contained in the International Registers of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the data contained in the database of the Office, the data contained in the International Registers of WIPO shall be considered official and authentic.
