Providing of documents

Upon request, the Office is providing copies of patent documents (texts of patent applications and granted patents) and non-certified listings of bibliographic data on patents, trademarks and industrial designs from industrial property databases registered in Croatia, and from the available international databases, as well. The provision of the mentioned documents is charged in compliance with the Regulation on Special Charges and Charges for the Provision of Information Services of the State Intellectual Property Office.

Excerpts from industrial property registers
