Croatia joins the Agorateka portal

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) launched earlier the Agorateka online portal that enables consumers from the European Union easy access to legal content covering films and TV programs, music, videogames, e-books and sports. The Agorateka portal has been initiated to promote legal offer of digital content and to decrease unauthorised use of works protected by copyright and related rights.

The State Intellectual Property Office conducted a procedure of Croatia’s joining the Agorateka portal, which enables consumers from Croatia to have a single point of access to platforms offering legal content. This is the first stage of joining the portal; information for Croatia on this portal shall be continuously supplemented according to the delivery of new information from legal service providers.
