Information centre - INCENTIV

INCENTIV is a public information-service centre of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), which provides professional information assistance to all the interested persons who want to effectively protect, utilize or manage intellectual property.

At INCENTIV you shall find free of charge professional information on how to protect your own intellectual property, how by way of approval utilize others rights or how to avoid infringing others rights. In addition to professional information INCENTIV offers a series of other services as well – search services of databases of the registered intellectual property, available individual free of charge on-line databases search of industrial property, a specialized library and a reading room, as well as the education on intellectual property. At INCENTIV services are provided by INCENTIV employees as well as other State Intellectual Property Office experts. Their competence is based on their education at the relevant world intellectual property offices, and practical experience acquired in intellectual property protection procedure.

INCENTIV Opening Hours are weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00 h (except Thursdays), and Thursdays from 10:00 to 18:00 h.
