e-Filing for Trademarks
Filing an application for trademark registration electronically
National Trademark Application
As of November 21, 2023, a new electronic service for filing applications and subsequent submissions in the trademark registration process at the State Intellectual Property Office, entitled Trademark and Industrial Design Registration, has been in operation.
The new service provides a complete package of user services for the implementation of the trademark registration process and the electronic submission of requests and submissions in two-party proceedings regarding opposition, revocation or proposal for declaring a trademark invalid at the Office.
The service is based on a similar service for e-filing of European Union trademarks and, compared to the previous service, has a number of additional functionalities that facilitate the application filing process, which in particular includes integrated state information infrastructure services e/m-Signature, e-Authorisation and e-Fees.
The new Office service for electronic filing of trademark applications can be accessed via the following link.
