Legal sources for using copyrighted works and subject matters protected by related rights

The European portal AGORATEKA has been published on the website of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), which provides consumers from the European Union with easy access to legal sources of digital content - films and TV programs, music, videogames, e-books and sports, protected by copyright or related rights. The aforementioned portal was launched with the aim of promoting the legal offer of digital content and reducing the unauthorised use of works protected by copyright and related rights (piracy).

The State Intellectual Property Office has carried out the procedure for Croatia to join the Agorateka portal, which enables consumers from Croatia to access platforms that offer legal access to protected content from one place. Information for Croatia on this portal will be continuously updated in accordance with the delivery of new information by legal service providers.
