Statistical Report on Intellectual Property Rights Infringements in the Republic of Croatia for 2025 Published

We hereby inform you that the Statistical Report on Intellectual Property Rights Infringements in the Republic of Croatia, containing data for 2025, has been published.

The report was prepared as part of the activities of the coordination mechanism for intellectual property rights enforcement operating in the Republic of Croatia. It is based on data provided by institutions responsible for intellectual property rights enforcement: the Ministry of Finance – Customs Administration, the State Inspectorate, the Ministry of the Interior, the State Attorney's Office of the Republic of Croatia, and the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation (which provides data regarding competent courts, covering criminal proceedings, misdemeanour proceedings, and proceedings before competent commercial and administrative courts).
